Christian Lava designs for Terzani, and his pieces are built from the behaviour of a material rather than from an outline. Stream hangs more than seven kilometres of metal chain, by Terzani's own account, from an undulating plated frame, so that from across a room it reads as falling water. Etoile crosses slender metal rods at every angle with small lamps set deep inside, and Core catches clusters of faceted clear glass at the heart of a dense metal lattice.
These are pieces for rooms with height. For several of them Terzani can extend cable lengths or build a larger cluster for a double-height space.
