Caspen represents a small number of lighting houses, chosen on one test: they make things that cannot be made faster.

Some cut crystal by hand to patterns set down generations ago. Some blow and work glass within reach of the Venetian lagoon. Each has stayed inside a single material tradition long enough to have become the reference for it.

What follows are their pieces, and in time their stories.
