V-Classic 800 Chandelier with Crest

The crest is what separates this V-Classic from the standard chandelier: a tall upper section of glass, with a crowned bowl at its top and flowers and leaves on fine stems around it, rising well above the arms. It makes the fitting taller than it is wide in several sizes. The 6-light, for example, stands 100cm tall at Ø85cm. In the double-tier versions, a second ring of lamps sits in the upper part of the structure, so the light is spread up the height of the piece.

All five sizes are photographed in clear and gold, where the leaves take a gold centre and bell pendants pick up the same tone, and that is the combination to start from. The same crest can be specified in graphite and clear, in gold glass, in white, or in clear with a coloured trim of acacia, celeste, ametista or primavera.

These are pieces for height. The 6-light has a drop of 115 to 165cm and needs 2.65m over a table and 3.25m to walk beneath. The 8-light and both double-tier versions start at 135cm and need 2.85m and 3.45m. The two double-tier versions are the same size, Ø95cm by 120cm, and differ in lamps and weight: 12 lights at 25kg against 15 at 30kg. The 18-light, Ø140cm and 180cm tall, has a drop of 195 to 295cm and needs a ceiling of 4.05m to walk beneath, which suits a stairwell or a hotel lobby.
