Italamp has worked glass and crystal in the Veneto since 1975, founded by Matteo Vitadello and run today by Manuela and Roberta Vitadello.
Everything is still designed and made in Italy, the crystal blown hot in the company's own workshops, then hand-modelled, engraved and cooled before a piece is ever assembled.
The range runs from the cut-crystal classics the house built its name on to the contemporary glass and metal of its current designers, Stefano Traverso, Matteo Bianchi and Pio e Tito Toso among them. Across fifty years the constant has been a refusal to make the glass any way but by hand.
