Cycasi is Dutch design with little deference to the past. Founded by the designer Coen Munsters and the product engineer Jan Peeters, it takes its forms from the natural world, coral, icicles, cascades of glass, and builds them in hand-blown borosilicate glass and crystal on metal frames offered in six finishes. Every piece is handmade to order in the studio's own ateliers in the Netherlands and Germany, and almost anything can be scaled or finished to suit a project. It is the house to reach for when a scheme wants something sculptural and contemporary rather than classical.

Buying Cycasi in the UK
Caspen lists two Cycasi chandeliers, Icicles in 24 lights at £6,998 and Icicles in 32 lights at £8,998. Other Cycasi pieces can be specified through the studio.
Each Icicles element is hand-blown from satin borosilicate glass and drawn out to 35 or 45cm. Cycasi handmakes every piece to order in its own ateliers in the Netherlands and Germany, on metal frames offered in six finishes.

- Every piece is made to order. Most arrive within eight to twelve weeks and some sooner. The timeline for your piece is confirmed in writing before you pay.

- Free on every piece throughout mainland UK, by our own team or a specialist courier, on a date agreed with you.
- Installation
- Mains-voltage lighting must be fitted by a qualified electrician. Caspen can arrange installation, and the studio answers your electrician's questions before and during the work.
