There is no shade or frame to look past, only the clear, thick form and a point of light inside it, which is why Manta suits rooms that are already quiet and well made. It comes in two sizes, Ø20cm and Ø26cm, and as a ready-made three-light cluster, and the pendants can be gathered into arrangements of almost any size.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eA single small Manta works over a bedside table, a reading chair or a basin-side counter where a pendant is wanted but a large one would crowd the space. The larger Ø26cm piece carries more presence over a small round table or a console. The three-light cluster hangs its waves at different heights from one Ø25cm canopy, a good scale for a dining table for four or the turn of a staircase. For larger spaces, groups of Manta at staggered heights over a long table, through a stairwell or across a hotel lobby read like a shoal moving through the room; the mini disc version, with a Ø7.5cm disc and a remote driver, keeps the ceiling clean when many are hung together.
